About Quiltpop

Quiltpop is a calm block-placing puzzle. Three patches wait in the tray; you drag them onto an eight-by-eight quilt, and any full row or column is stitched away for points. There is no timer and no falling pieces, so every move is a decision about space: keep the big L and square patches placeable, build toward rows and columns at once, and set up Stitches, where one patch finishes a row and a column together for double points. The game ends only when nothing in the tray fits.

How to play

1. Drag one of the three patches from the tray onto the quilt. The ghost outline shows whether it fits.
2. When a row or column is completely filled it is stitched away and scores points.
3. Clearing a row and a column with the same patch is a Stitch and doubles the points. Consecutive clears build a combo multiplier.
4. When no patch in the tray fits anywhere, the quilt is finished and the game ends.

Tips

• Keep at least one open 3x3 area; the big square and L patches end most games when they have nowhere to go.
• Clear rows and columns at the same time whenever you can. Stitches are worth double and keep the combo alive.
• Place long bars along the edges rather than through the middle.
• Use the ghost preview: if a patch shows no ghost, it does not fit there.
