Intellectual property

Game code, level designs, names and site texts are owned by FreeBrowserArcade. Art, music and sound effects are used under license from their respective authors (see credits) and may not be extracted or reused.

No warranty

The Site and games are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep everything working, but we do not guarantee availability, accuracy or that saved progress will persist.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FreeBrowserArcade is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site.

Ads are served by third parties and are subject to their own terms. Ads inside games are optional where marked as rewarded.
