About Lunasprout

Lunasprout is an idle gardening game ruled by the moon. Twelve plots, six kinds of plant from a sprout to a glowing mushroom, and a moon that changes phase every ninety seconds. Everything in the garden runs on the current phase: at new moon plants grow at half speed, at full moon they grow and pay out at double. The rhythm of the game is planting cheap seeds, timing harvests to the full moon, and replacing old plants with better ones as dew accumulates. It saves itself and keeps growing while the tab is closed.

How to play

1. Pick a seed in the tray at the bottom, then tap an empty plot to plant it. Plants cost dew, the game’s currency.
2. Plants fill up over time and sparkle when ready. Tap a sparkling plant to harvest its dew.
3. The moon at the top moves through eight phases, one every 90 seconds. Growth and harvests are multiplied by the phase: half at new moon, double at full moon.
4. Tap a planted plot with a better seed selected to replace it. The garden keeps producing while you are away, up to eight hours.

Tips

• Hold harvests until the moon is near full; the multiplier applies when you tap, not when the plant finishes growing.
• The moon bar at the top shows how long until the next phase.
• Replace sprouts with tulips as soon as you can; each tier is roughly five times the income.
• Twelve plots of the same plant are simpler to time than a mixed garden.
